This doctoral dissertation identifies elements of spirit-centered leadership as evidenced in the life experiences of entrepreneurial leaders. A taxonomy of spirit-centered leadership is proposed and qualitatively validated by triangulating a meta-analysis of relevant literature with phenomenological interviews of both entrepreneurial leaders and subject-matter experts.
