- Leadership: I am keenly interested in leadership, particularly spirit-centered leadership, the integration of spiritually-oriented values, principles, authenticity, and character in the practice of effective leadership within virtuous organizations and social institutions.
- Scholarship: Another of my passions is learning and education. I enjoy gaining knowledge, insight, and intelligence in all areas of life, from the workplace to the home, as well as strengthening the efficacy of educational systems and learning in organizations.
- Service: I believe in the value of service and volunteerism. As Lao-tse once observed: kindness in words creates confidence, kindness in thinking creates profoundness, but kindness in deeds creates love.
